The global economy is in the new round of industrial transformation and upgrading.M&A has become more and more a way for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals.How to evaluate the performance after M&A is very important.However,the traditional M&A performance evaluation method has its shortcomings.At present,China’s household appliance enterprises have not formed a relatively perfect evaluation system.M&A performance evaluation of various industries should consider the industry characteristics of enterprises,the emphasis of different enterprises should not be generalized.Relatively all aspects of M&A performance evaluation not only evaluates the results of M&A after the merger,but also guides the integration stage after M&A,and maximizes the synergy effect of M&A.This article according to the characteristics of Chinese household appliances enterprises.Based on the four dimensions of balanced scorecard,this paper makes an in-depth study on the M&A performance of China’s home appliance enterprises.Constructed a set of performance evaluation system for home appliance M&A based on balanced scorecard.Through the M&A cases of kuka in midea,this paper evaluates the M&A performance and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of M&A performance evaluation.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,relevant literature reviews at home and abroad,as well as the content,methods and innovation points of the research.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and introduces the balanced scorecard and M&A performance evaluation.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of M&A performance evaluation of home appliance enterprises in China.It points out the advantages of introducing the balanced scorecard into M&A performance evaluation system to evaluate the performance of home appliance enterprises,and analyzes its feasibility.The fourth chapter is to build the M&A performance evaluation system based on BSC.It mainly includes the principles of M&A performance evaluation system,design idea and four dimensions based on balanced scorecard..The fifth chapter is the case application.The case of midea merger and acquisition kuka conduct M&A performance evaluation.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine its weight and fuzzy performance evaluation method to analyze various factors.The sixth chapter mainly includes the conclusions and prospects of the research conclusions and research.
