H. Research On Improvement Of Construction Cost Management Of Electromechanical Installation Project

The main purpose of construction enterprises’ operation,production activities and internal management activities is to obtain profits.Construction project is the main body of enterprise operation and bears the responsibility of earning profits.Internal cost management is the necessary means for enterprises to maintain competitiveness.In recent years,the competition in the construction market has become more and more fierce,and the profit space of construction projects has been constantly compressed,which has become the norm.In the past,the advantage of "cheap" labor and the traditional management mode of "open source" and "saving" have been unable to keep up with the pace of the times.Mechanical and electrical installation engineering is not only the guarantee of building functional requirements,but also an important part of the construction project,which also faces the problem of cost management.Nowadays,more and more enterprises begin to introduce advanced cost management concepts,constantly improve the cost management mode of construction projects,strengthen the building of their own "internal skills",change the past business model and ask for profits from "management".In this paper,H residential project mechanical and electrical installation project as a case study,describes the project management status and problems in cost management.According to the summarized theoretical knowledge,this paper analyzes the causes of cost management problems in each stage of construction project by using "Causality chart",finds out the key factors of project cost control through "value engineering method" and "ABC factor analysis method",and introduces "earned value method" in cost management scheme for cost analysis.Finally,from the six aspects of cost management to sort out,form the project cost management improvement plan.Combined with some of their own management experience,the paper builds the framework according to the ideas of "raising problems","analyzing problems" and "solving problems".Hope to be able to pass the research paper,summed up the appropriate mechanical and electrical installation cost management methods and ways.
