The construction industry is fundamental rocks for our country’s economic development.Currently,economic development is filled with uncertainty and unsuitability.Thus,high qualified construction industry can consolidate our economic progress.The construction industry of China has achieved prosperous progress since the reform and opening up.Scale,efficiency,technical strength has been constantly strengthened,hence,China is referred to known as the "infrastructure monster".However,in the process of scale expansion,specialization,and regional beach-grabbing,construction enterprises have developed problems such as overlapping organizational structures,long management chain,low governance effectiveness and disorderly inner competition.Since construction companies’ organization structure cannot adapt to the situation’s development.How to develop the high qualified improvement of construction companies,how to upgrade and optimize the construction companies’ structure,has turned to be a main problem for company managers to deal with.This thesis selects YZ company,a central construction enterprise with typical characteristics,as a typical case,It starts to research on the evolution of YZ company as well as is primary organizational structure.It integrates theory and strategies of organizational structure change.The thesis explores the issues in the primary organizational structure,makes comparison with the external and internal forces,analyzes its transformation procedure,resistance to change and transformation on how they took corresponding measures.After a series of drastic changes,YZ company’s organizational structure is more efficiency,the regional layout is more perfect,the professional ability improved significantly.On the basis of 140 billion yuan revenue in2015,2019 revenue exceeded 280 billion yuan,doubled the revenue within only four years,enterprises to achieve "second take-off" and the main operating indicators got close to France Wanxi and other world-class construction enterprises.Finally,this thesis extracts the enlightenment,the insufficiency and the suggestion from the YZ company organization structure transformation,expecting that it is able to offer the beneficial enlightenment for the company structure transformation of the construction organizations,and also enlighten YZ company future organization structure transformation. |
