The formulation and implementation of incentive mechanism is a very important part of human resource management in economic organizations.This mechanism tends to stimulate the initiative of employees in a positive perspective so as to improve the working efficiency.It is significantly different from the traditional management based on "rigid" constraints.In recent years,some studies have found that enterprises can get better human resource management effects by incentive mechanism.The better effects are not only reflected in the more active attitude and efficient working of employees,but also in the less management cost to increase the dedication of employees.In addition,we can take the example of top-ranking companies in the foreign country,the incentive mechanism is widely used in their company management.Through the deep influence by "people-oriented" concept in various aspects in society,these companies pay more and more attention on “people”.However,nowadays the documents and research of HR management’s new trends are not enough,especially the incentive mechanism in our local Chinese companies.So it is necessary for us to adapt to the new situation,focus on our own reality of the mechanism and find the way out.This article takes the problems and solution of incentive mechanism in HR management of CZ Company as the subject.According to the idea of case study,we design the research system of putting forward the problems--describing the reality– sorting out the problems--analyzing the problems – making the suggestions,and we use the methods of literature research,statistical description,and empirical analysis to study the above-mentioned topic.First of all,this article puts forward the problem of the incentive mechanism in factory’s HR management.Secondly,on the basis of main research results,mature theories and investigation,this article focuses on current situation and describe the detailed problems of the of CZ company.And finally,this article makes the guide of how to improve the employee’s initiatives and get the better effect of HR management.This article will not only provide more materials of incentive mechanism,but also provide the scientific and theoretical basis to improve its management level.After research,this article makes the following conclusions:(1)CZ company’s employee incentive mechanism mainly focuses on promotion,training,salary,spirit and other aspects,although this mechanism has achieved certain positive results after implementation in a period of time,but it doesn’t reach to the best status in recent years in view of the changes in the internal and external environment.So we still should deeply explore the reason and make the improvement.(2)Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the effectiveness of CZ company’s employee incentive mechanism,it is found that promotion mechanism,training mechanism,salary mechanism,spiritual mechanism and mechanism,which make the better implementation will have a significant positive impact on the final effect of CZ company’s incentive mechanism;(3)Through the analysis of the problems and reasons of CZ company’s incentive mechanism,it is found that the company has different degree’s deficiency in promotion,training,salary,spirit,implementation and etc.The main reasons are insufficient consideration on the different promotion needs from the different employees,negligence of the diversity requirements in training and stimulation,understanding limits of salary incentive mechanism,the lack of stimulation awareness in incentive mechanism,and inefficient implementation for evaluation system;(4)In order to make the incentive mechanism play more active role in stimulation,firstly,it should put forward the general idea of improving the company’s incentive mechanism,clearly point out the stimulation model and guidance to eliminate the negative effects from the former system.Secondly,it should make the more promotion channels,the various types of trainings,and make the salary stimulation system more rational and establish a long-term mechanism for the implementation and evaluation of incentive activities.
