Research On Cost Control Of A Green Building Project Based On BIM Technology

Green building provides people with healthy,comfortable and efficient use space.It is a harmonious building between human and nature.With the continuous progress of China's social economy,people pay more and more attention to the development of green buildings.At present,the development of China's green building still needs the support of the government,if only through low-cost green technology is impossible to achieve sustainable development,only in-depth research on the development status and core concept of green building,it is conducive to the rapid and healthy development of China's green building.Due to the complexity of green building technology,it is necessary to use scientific planning to promote the development of buildings,the most important of which is the cost control.At present,BIM Technology and green building are widely respected in our country.The difficulty of cost control of green building leads to the stagnation of green building development.Fortunately,BIM Technology contains all the data generated in the whole life cycle of a project from the planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance,demolition and blasting stages in the early stage of the project.It realizes the transmission of data and information of project participants,makes the managers and project parties actively coordinate and cooperate,and realizes the dynamic management of the whole life cycle of the project.BIM Technology just solves the disadvantages of green building cost control and promotes cost control.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)analyze the two popular concepts "green building " and "BIM Technology " in the construction industry,and put forward the adaptability of BIM Technology and green building to cost control.(2)According to the life cycle theory,"BIM Technology" and "green building" are analyzed by stages,and the implementation points of each stage are clarified.(3)BIM software is used for parametric modeling of a green building project,and the cost composition of a green building project is analyzed.AHP is used to refine the cost factors and identify the cost influencing factors.(4)This paper analyzes the relationship between the cost indicators of a green building project,constructs the life cycle cost control model of a green building project based on BIM Technology,analyzes the important cost indicators in cost control,and puts forward the corresponding cost control measures.The research significance is to provide a scientific and effective model for green building cost control,and promote the application of green building and BIM Technology in modern economic and social development.
