Study On Incremental Cost Of Green Building Based On Life Cycle

In the 21st century,facing the world problem of energy shortage,countries are paying more and more attention to ecological protection.As a construction industry that has a greater impact on the environment,the country has also begun to take measures to vigorously promote the construction of green buildings.A relatively large amount of funds have provided of first 2 phases,but the maintenance costs under the control.Compared with the incremental cost of green buildings,the incremental benefits are more obvious.From the above,this article reads domestic and foreign essay on green buildings,green building incremental costs,and green building incremental costs,and apply green building related theories to solve the problem.The cycle is divided into four phase.Each phase has its corresponding incremental cost composition.Using the analysis steps of document retrieval preliminary identification,keyword frequency screening,and principal component analysis,9 key influencing factors are finally obtained,and then the key influencing factors are analyzed qualitatively and then corresponding cost control measures are adopted.The actual cases are cited in the article to analyze and estimate the incremental cost composition of each stage of the project,and take corresponding cost control measures according to the key influencing factors.Finally,a quantitative analysis of incremental costs and incremental benefits shows that the proportion of incremental costs in the construction phase is the largest,but the maintenance phase will also bring many benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct sufficient research on the incremental cost of green buildings and take effective measures for the greater good and enable green buildings to give full play to their economy.
