Research On Construction Cost Control Of Green Building

In recent years,China 's rapid economic development has created a favorable external conditions for the healthy development of green building.Green building construction relates to multiple links,multi-subject participation,and lasts for a long time,facing with relatively high level of risk,which needs reasonable and detailed scientific planning and management.The core of the management of the green building is construction cost control.At present,the construction cost control based on the thought of whole life cycle and the related research is limited,how to choose the technology of green building reasonablly also needs a further research.In this thesis,the method of construction cost control combined with a project of green building is studied.Firstly,the development of this research field are summarized,in accordance with the general requirements of national sustainable development strategies,to further recognize the necessity of the development of green buildings,and puts forward the contradiction between use and construction cost of green building technology increased significantly,from the analysis,which is the domestic and foreign green building cost.According to the analysis of the application of green building technology and green building evaluation system which is analyzed;Secondly,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,the definition of green building construction related costs were defined,and the green building construction cost analysis,summarizes the relationship of the various factors which influence green building construction cost,and then get the all the technical measures which is the most important factors,makes the choice of green building technology which has become a focal point of the work.and also,the management of technical work which combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and based on the thought of whole life,which is the cycle of specific evaluation indicators to build a reasonable,make a reasonable choice of green building technology,in order to reduce green building costs in the ratio are presented in an appropriate way.Finally,combined with a residential project in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city,the green building construction cost are analyzed,the conclusion is planning and design stage and construction stage are the key point of reducing green building construction cost control.The thesis provides a theoretical basis for the green building construction cost control application in China.
