Research And Development Of Bagged Material Loading System Based On AGV

Due to the low level of automation of the loading operation of bagged materials,especially in the loading operation of trains,a forklift and manual loading operation mode is still adopted.Workers have high labor intensity and low loading efficiency.Therefore,the research and development of the automatic loading system for bagged materials is carried out in this paper.Based on the actual project,the paper uses the system layout design method to design the scheme of the automatic loading system for bagged materials.According to the basic requirements put forward by the enterprise,conduct in-depth field investigations on the project site to find out the problems existing in the enterprise's warehouse logistics and loading operations.According to the company's material characteristics and logistics mode,from the perspective of system planning,clarify the design goals of the bagged material loading system scheme,introduce AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)automatic handling equipment and automatic train loading equipment.Design a new automatic loading system solution.The operating parameters of the AGV were drawn up,the operating efficiency of the automatic loading system was analyzed,and the feasibility of the scheme was demonstrated.According to the actual working environment and functional requirements,the AGV single machine has been designed and developed.Determine the navigation mode and main body structure of AGV,and design the software and hardware of the control system so that it can meet the functional requirements proposed in the article.The experimental scheme is designed to verify the actual operating parameters of the AGV.According to the analysis of the experimental results,it can be seen that the AGV can meet the needs of the entire automatic loading scheme.
