Traditional boxcar loading mainly relies on forklift handling,manpower loading,which is of high cost and low efficiency.In recent years,the mechanical device for goods loading in boxcar bags has been developed,but it is only some simple transporting device from outside the carriage to inside the carriage,which doesn't realize substantially the integrated objectives of loading and stacking.Therefore,the traditional loading device is inefficient and the loading process is tedious.To mechanized loading of the cargo in the railway wagon bag,this subject designed a loading device which can realize the integration of transportation and loading.It improves the work efficiency and realizes the integration of loading.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:The loading characteristics of the box structure and the bagged items are first analyzed,the loading principle of bagged items in boxcars is discussed,and the design requirements of the loading device are summarized in this thesis.Aiming at the limitation of the inner space of the railway wagon and combing theory with practice,the carriage suitable for bagged goods loading in boxcar is designed on the basis of traditional stacking device and expansion principle of crank slide.While designing the device,the moving trolley is adopted.Considering that it is difficult to realize the movement of the left and right side of the moving trolley by automatic transport,a two-stage universal joint rotating mechanism is designed for the steering of the trolley,and the loading of the left and right carriages of the boxcar is realized.The geometrical model of each part of the loading device is established by using the 3d design software UG,and the virtual assembly and interference inspection were carried out.By establishing the virtual model of loading device,the movement of the designed structure is analyzed.The results show that the designed structure can accomplish the predetermined employment objective.By using the finite element method,the dynamic analysis of the virtual device is carried out,In view of the existing problems,the structure optimization of the stacking manipulator and the steering mechanism of the transporting trolley are also worked.The analysis and optimization show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the designed structure meet the working requirements.The simulation results show that it realizes the integrated objectives of loading,transportation and stacking,and that it has the characteristics of satisfying the loading requirements and high loading efficiency.The designed loading device can be applied to engineering practice,which can reduce labor intensity,improve work efficiency and provide a referential method for automatic loading and unloading of packaged goods.
