With the rapid development of chemical industry,grain industry,feed industry and other production industries,bagged materials,as the main way of loading in logistics of these industries,the speed of the palletizing and loading link in the whole link has an important impact on the overall efficiency.The traditional palletizing and loading link usually relies on manual or semi-automatic palletizing and loading vehicle,which is not only inefficient but also labor intensive.Because of the high labor cost and poor loading environment,workers' health can not be guaranteed.However,due to the early research and development in foreign developed countries,there are already mature full-automatic loading products for bagged materials.However,the cost is too high and it is difficult to adapt to the complicated loading conditions in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to study an automatic loading machine for bagged materials adapted to the domestic loading environment.(1)Aiming at the above-mentioned purposes,this paper puts forward an overall design scheme and detailed mechanism design of the automatic loading machine for bagged materials,and briefly introduces its work flow of palletizing truck.The automatic loading machine for bagged materials mainly consists of conveying device,moving and lifting device,distributing and adjusting device,and manipulator palletizing device,with emphasis on its movement and upgrading.The design of the device and the palletizing device of the manipulator.(2)Aiming at the key parts of bagged material loading truck,Solidworks software is used to model them and analyze the forces under different working conditions.Static analysis of mobile frame,lifting platform and mechanical gripper is carried out by Ansys workbench finite element analysis software,and the strength of mobile frame,lifting platform and mechanical gripper under corresponding working conditions is obtained.Stiffness performance.(3)Based on the basic theory and principle of modal analysis,the modal and mode shapes of mobile frame,lifting platform and mechanical gripper are analyzed,and the first seven and six natural frequencies and mode shapes of mobile frame,lifting platform and mechanical gripper are obtained.Compared with the excitation frequencies of automatic loading machine system for bagged materials,the mobile frame,lifting platform and mechanical gripper are ensured.No resonance will occur during loading.(4)The size optimization design of the mobile frame with large safety margin of strength and stiffness and redundant mass is carried out.The results show that the weight reduction range is 28.9% within the allowable range of strength and stiffness.In order to maximize the optimization of the mobile frame,the size of the optimized mobile frame is optimized by the method of topology optimization.The optimization results show that the weight loss can reach 17.5% within the allowable range of strength and stiffness.After two optimizations,the weight of the mobile frame is reduced by 41.4%.The effect of weight reduction is obvious and the better lightweight effect is achieved.Topology optimization of mechanical gripper gripper is carried out.The optimized structure achieves 11.9% weight reduction with certain improvement in strength and stiffness,and the weight reduction effect is obvious.
