As the country’s economy develops and reforms continue to deepen,the country pays more attention to railway freight transport.In 2018,the State Council of China vigorously advocated the continuous transfer of road transportation and water transportation of bulk cargo to railway transportation;in 2019,the Party Central Committee and the State Council once again proposed the construction of green and low-carbon modern transportation,and it is necessary to continuously improve railway transportation in bulk cargo transportation and China.The proportion of long-distance transportation will inevitably lead to a situation where the design tasks for the transformation of new railway logistics centers and freight stations to logistics centers will increase greatly.Therefore,it is urgent to investigate and summarize the main loading and unloading equipment and different loading and unloading methods of different railway logistics centers on the road.Corresponding to the loading and unloading efficiency,research the cargo volume suitable for different functional areas in the logistics center.Through the establishment of related models and the development of special design software,the optimization of the type and quantity and layout of the scientific configuration of various equipment in the logistics center can be effectively reduced.The workload of designers,scientific and efficient determination of the logistics center loading and unloading equipment configuration and the layout of the mobile loading and unloading equipment has important practical significance.Therefore,this article takes the loading and unloading equipment and layout form of the railway logistics center as the research object,analyzes the basic principles of equipment selection configuration and layout,systematically studies the equipment selection configuration and layout method,and provides ideas for improving design efficiency.Research summary as follows:(1)Combined with the development status of railway logistics centers at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research methods and equipment layout strategies of the equipment configuration and selection of different functional areas of railway logistics centers by scholars from various countries.It is found that there are few researches on equipment configuration and equipment layout in foreign literature,mostly focusing on park site selection and transportation organization,and there is almost no related literature on optimizing equipment layout in logistics centers through reasonable selection of equipment placement.(2)The classification method of railway logistics center and the basic content of each functional area are analyzed.Based on the introduction of the basic concepts of the railway logistics center,the basic functions of the railway logistics center and the division of functional areas are analyzed.At the same time,the composition of the loading and unloading equipment of each functional area of the railway logistics center and its influencing factors are summarized,and then the selection and configuration of the loading and unloading equipment are proposed.method.(3)Based on the research of traditional railway loading and unloading equipment configuration methods,a multi-waiter queuing model method is proposed to optimize the equipment quantity configuration of different functional areas with universal equipment or different loading and unloading yards in the same functional area.Finally,comparing this method with the traditional equipment configuration method,it is found that the equipment configuration method based on the queuing model is superior to the traditional method in terms of economy and equipment utilization.(4)After the equipment selection and configuration and the overall layout of the logistics center are completed,with the goal of further reducing equipment use and management costs,and ensuring safe and efficient operation processes,the optimization method of equipment layout,that is,the method of selecting equipment placement points,will be studied.It is proposed to classify this problem as a site selection problem,and set up constraints based on various factors such as allocation point capacity,cost and location,path relationship,etc.,establish a 0-1 planning model,and finally use Lingo software to solve it and select a suitable one Movable loading and unloading equipment placement point.(5)Based on the research on the selection and configuration of loading and unloading equipment and the method of equipment layout,the system design is proposed.It is proposed to quickly store or search the equipment information of the logistics center by establishing a database method to quickly obtain the equipment name,applicable operation area or functional area,workable content,Applicable cargo characteristics,equipment and other basic parameters;after the equipment selection is determined,combined with computer language,quickly determine the reasonable configuration method and layout of the equipment,reducing the time cost of design.
