Research On Layout Planning Of JN Logistics Park

Logistics park is the important form of the agglomeration of logistics industry scale,service resources,land resources intensive.If it can maximize the value of logistics park to realize the land,achieve the optimal logistics efficiency and lower logistics costs depends on the logistics park layout planning.Firstly,this paper draws lessons from the domestic and international logistics park layout planning of the relevant theory and practice and chooses the more suitable for the park layout planning methods and steps for the park layout planning theory and methodology,based on Jacqueline Nottingham logistics park as the research object.Secondly,this article analyzes the numerous factors which affect the layout of the park.it focus on the park construction conditions,geographical conditions,traffic conditions,the situation of land and surrounding environment analysis,combing with the overview of the park construction.The layout of the park is in order to meet the requirements of investors and even meet the needs of the market,which fit logistics development trend more.Thirdly,this article analyzes the relations between economic development and the importance of the logistics industry from the perspective of regional GDP,economy,industry.Through the logistics demand index and freight turnover index,it forecasts the future logistics park location and the total amount of freight turnover and further analyze products and customers through the positioning,radiation within the existing logistics facilities layout,function,quantity,service.Finally,this paper makes clear positioning on this basis,JN logistics park function and the main customer groups,and then puts forward the function orientation and function area layout planning of JN logistics park layout planning scheme,using SLP method to design the JN logistics park and the evaluation of the scheme.The research content has certain guiding significance for the rational distribution of JN logistics park and the promotion of the operation efficiency of logistics park.
