As the main battle equipment of army weapons,modern artillery weapons are developing in the direction of automation,information and intelligence.The design process of modern artillery is becoming more and more complicated.It is a knowledge-intensive process that involves the fusion of knowledge in multi-disciplinary fields.It requires not only the professional design knowledge of designers,but also the rich experience accumulated by designers.With the rapid development of modern design technology and knowledge engineering,the development of weapon equipment is no longer limited to traditional design technology.In order to achieve the goal of efficient design of modern artillery,the idea of knowledge reuse is applied to the design process of modern artillery.On the basis of the existing design data,through the reuse of the design process and design experience of artillery,the traditional design method of artillery which started from scratch is changed.The improvement of the design method based on knowledge reuse is conducive to improving the design efficiency and design quality of artillery.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)The definition of artillery design knowledge is put forward.According to the analysis of artillery design knowledge,the research of its classification method is conducted.Based on the analysis of the knowledge reuse requirements for artillery rapid design,the knowledge reuse flow of modern artillery rapid design is sorted out.The knowledge reuse framework of modern artillery rapid design is proposed.(2)In order to meet the knowledge guidance requirement of rapid artillery design,the construction method of artillery design flow is optimized.The research on technology of process configuration based on templates is carried out.The design knowledge components and flow templates of artillery are defined and developed.The packaging of artillery design knowledge components is implemented in the form of minimal knowledge units.The artillery design flow template is constructed by integrating knowledge components.The quick configuration of the artillery design process is achieved by calling the flow template.(3)In order to meet the knowledge evolution requirement of rapid artillery design,the method of solving artillery design parameters is optimized.Research on technology of parameter solution combined with improved neural networks is carried out.Based on the casebased reasoning technology,an artillery parameter solution strategy combining neural network is proposed.In order to improve the training effect of the neural network model,the training samples of the MI / SO structure are constructed to further improve the quality of the artillery parameter solution.(4)Based on the previous research on rapid design technology of modern artillery,the rapid design prototype system development and case verification are carried out.By analyzing the rapid design prototype system requirements,the prototype system architecture is constructed.By integrating process configuration technology,parameter solution technology and parametric design technology,the rapid design process for modern artillery based on knowledge reuse is proposed.
