Research On Mechanical Product Innovation Design Technology Based On Knowledge Reuse

Product design in the manufacturing industry act as a function of the heart acting in human's body,it is the essential part,in the process of product design,the importance of design knowledge management and reuse has drew more and more attention.In the time of knowledge econo my,the research on the management and reuse of product design knowledge has achieved some results,however there are still some problems to be solved in the practical application.Nowadays,the research is still in a situation of "strong management and weak reuse".The management level of access,expression,etc… is better performed,but for the reuse level of management,it is still not well.In view of the problem of the design knowledge reuse in enterprises,this paper introduces the concept of ontology,and proposes a series of modification and optimization scheme from the following five aspects:i.Based on the design knowledge management theory,through the research on the relationship between product design process and product design knowledge,it emphas izes the importance and necessity of design reuse.Moreover an effective solution to the problems of knowledge management in product design has been proposed;ii.The design knowledge modeling method based on ontology is proposed.Based on the defects of current product design knowledge modeling method,the design knowledge modeling method based on ontology is studied;iii.Improving the knowledge retrieval module of optimal design has been done.The design results of the same key words in different areas may be different.This paper has been divided into two stages.Firstly,according to the preference of the design knowledge,and then again,in a certain extent,it can improve the accuracy of retrieval;iv.A framework of product design knowledge reuse based on ontology has been proposed.By introducing the idea of ontology modeling,the problem of designing knowledge expression in the process of design reuse has been improved,and the process of ontology based design knowledge reuse has been analyzed;v.Design knowledge prototype system.In combination with the enterprise needs,the representation method of ontology is used to design product knowledge modeling,which makes the knowledge of product design in the form of formal representation and storage,so as to improve the efficiency of design knowledge.
