With smart technology widespread application in daily life and the height of the Internet technology developed,especially the application of new scientific and technological achievements in home appliance industry,intelligent home appliances have become the leading role of the market in recent years,home appliance,consumer demand for intelligent household appliances is becoming more and more high and presents the development trend of personalized,diversified,home appliance industry increasingly fierce competition.The improvement of management level is the basis and guarantee to enhance the strength of enterprises and achieve long-term strategic goals.As the core work and key link of internal management,performance management is an important way to optimize the allocation of human resources,improve the working efficiency of enterprises and maintain the stability of enterprise staff.In this study,the representative AC company in the intelligent home appliance manufacturing industry in recent years was selected as the research object.Under the guidance of modern performance management theory,Through face-to-face interview,anonymous questionnaire survey,analysis and comparison,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of performance management of AC Company from the aspects of organizational structure,performance management department setup,performance management system establishment,management and employees' evaluation of performance management.Found the existing problems such as inconsistency between management objectives and strategic positioning,lack of performance communication and performance feedback,and single application of performance evaluation results,deeply analyzed and summarized the causes of the problems,guided by the strategic objectives and actual situation of AC Company.With the support of relevant theories,this paper puts forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of AC Company's performance management from the aspects of management system formulation,management process optimization,assessment index optimization,organizational structure construction and so on.Through this optimization study,we hope to provide practical theoretical basis for the improvement of AC Company's performance management,improve the efficiency and level of AC Company's internal operation management,lay a solid foundation for the improvement of the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and achieve the long-term development goals of the enterprise.
