Through 40 years of reform and opening up,China's social economy has developed steadily,and the power industry has become an important component of China's national economy and has developed rapidly.The traditional performance management mechanism of power companies has hindered their long-term and steady development.In order to change this reality,power companies must strive to find new management mechanisms suitable for their development direction.C Power Company is mainly responsible for the power transmission work and sales work in southern area.During the period of rapid development,it also started to build the performance management system of the company.However,C Power Company's performance management system still has many details and frameworks to be perfected..Based on this large environmental background,this paper conducts in-depth investigation and research on the current performance management system of C Power Company,and intends to help C Power Company to build a more feasible performance evaluation system.The main research ideas of this paper are:through the performance management process of C power company as the research object,analyze and compare the common problems existing in the current performance management system of China's power companies,and establish a set of effective for the development of China's power companies.And a perfect performance management system optimization model.The main problems to be solved are:C power company's performance appraisal system is not perfect;performance indicator appraisal content is too biased towards non-data indicators and not enough attention to other important and feasible key indicators,can not guarantee the smooth implementation process and the effectiveness of implementation results At the same time,all employees of C Power Company have no clear and common understanding of performance management.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on KPI to construct C power company performance management system,this paper is based on strategic-oriented thinking,using KPI method to build C power company performance index system;(2)based on balanced scorecard to establish company KPI system:combined with the organizational strategy goal of C power company's performance management,through the balanced scorecard method of thinking,the company's strategic objectives through four dimensions to build the indicator system;(3)using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the company's KPI indicator weights In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each performance indicator of C power company;(4)to build the operational guarantee system performance management system of C power company,in order to ensure that the performance management work of C power company can be implemented on schedule and efficiently,C power company must build an operational guarantee mechanism for the performance management system.
