Our country's real estate market has now entered a new stage that is mainly used for adjustment.In the previous stage,a large number of practitioners have poured into the real estate industry,and the industry has gradually become saturated.Looking forward to China's development path in the future,the two terms of urbanization and urban internationalization will become a big hit in the future.In this context,asset-based and operating commercial real estate has become the key.The development of a special type of asset-based and operating commercial real estate—urban complex industry will bring huge new space for consumption and investment.In the construction process of urban complex projects,suppliers play a vital role in the construction and development of the entire project,and how to choose is particularly important.The selection of suppliers for urban complex projects refers to understanding and evaluating different suppliers through various information channels,and then adopting appropriate methods to select suitable suppliers for the project to reduce the risk of project failure.The paper analyzes some factors that affect the selection of suppliers for urban complex projects.According to theoretical methods such as comprehensive evaluation methods,supplier selection,risk management,and various influencing factors of supplier selection,a combination of theory and empirical analysis is adopted.Research on factors affecting supplier selection,assessor method,risks and countermeasures.First of all,by consulting related literature,sorting out previous achievements,combing out the different factors that affect supplier selection.Secondly,an evaluation system suitable for the development of urban complexes is constructed.The system includes 7 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators,and the weight of each indicator is analyzed by level.Then combined with the theory of the system,taking the selection of suppliers for the G city complex development project as an example,the suppliers are evaluated and the optimal results are obtained.Finally,the article sorts out the risks of urban complex supply chain development model projects,and proposes reference strategies and risk control methods for these possible risks.
