| In recent years,a large number of Chinese construction companies have gone overseas to conduct business.With the vigorous development of overseas business,many companies have encountered a situation where back-end operation management,especially procurement management,cannot match their rapidly growing business scale.(Company A is one of them.Employees),which leads to inefficient operation of the enterprise and unable to meet the needs of the owners.If the enterprise does not change and innovate,it will seriously affect its sustainable development and growth overseas.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the internal management of the enterprise to enhance the external competitiveness of the enterprise.In the construction of the project,the procurement cost occupies the construction cost.The proportion of 70% shows that procurement management occupies a very important position in the operation management of construction enterprises.The essence of procurement management is to implement dynamic and effective management of suppliers,and supplier evaluation is the most important supplier management.Links,good supplier evaluation and follow-up management can not only help companies to achieve a reasonable allocation of suppliers’ market resources,but the most important thing is to help companies reduce the cost of purchases and improve product quality.In this paper,through a case analysis study on the evaluation status of A company’s existing material suppliers,combined with the relevant theories of supplier evaluation,through questionnaires and internal interviews,it summarizes and proposes that A company’s supplier evaluation lacks a scientific evaluation system and supplier lacks Classification and grading management problems,at the same time,in-depth analysis and research on the causes of the problems,and according to the characteristics of company A,through literature review and questionnaire survey,13 key evaluation indicators of company A ’s supplier evaluation were proposed: product price,product qualification Rate,contract execution rate,communication and collaboration capabilities,deepening design capabilities,price reduction plans,payment methods,process control,on-time delivery,after-sales service response mechanism,technological advancement,supply by batch,production capacity,and then use the analytic hierarchy process The weights of 13 key evaluation indicators were calculated and scientifically set.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate and classify the existing material suppliers of Company A.Finally,based on the analysis and research of supplier evaluation of Company A,Targeted and put forward practical management countermeasures and guarantee measures for company A’s suppliers.Through the research of this paper,the supplier evaluation method of company A will be more scientific,reasonable and effective,so as to realize the inherent quality improvement and efficiency improvement of company A,and further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of company A.It will also provide strong support for the development and growth of A’s international business!
