As the economy continues to develop and the market environment continues to change,more and more companies hope to help their own development through performance management.The process of performance management is a management process that can ensure the continuous improvement of the company or individuals and the continuous upward spiral.Under the new situation,performance management has become an effective motivation for the company's employees,guiding employees to set personal goals under the guidance of company goals,and promote An important tool and main means for enterprises to ultimately achieve their strategic goals.This article takes HS engineering technology service company as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and field investigation,it is found that its performance management has the following problems: the setting of performance indicators does not fit well with the company's strategy,and there are irrational interference factors and performance in the performance evaluation process.Insufficient communication during the formulation of assessment methods,and insufficient incentives for performance assessment results.This article analyzes the causes of HS company performance management problems: performance appraisal indicators cannot fully reflect corporate strategic goals,performance evaluation methods lack multi-dimensional system design,communication channels in all aspects of the performance management process are not smooth,and management in the performance management system The application link is not perfect.This paper analyzes and sorts out data by consulting relevant domestic and foreign documents,using questionnaires,telephone interviews,and online data collection to analyze and organize data.On this basis,it uses key performance indicators,balanced scorecards,and 360-degree performance evaluations.Formed research theories and methods to optimize the design of HS company performance management system.The corresponding optimization measures were proposed from the aspects of evaluation index system,performance management implementation,performance communication mechanism,and performance results application.Finally,in response to the problems found,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized design of the HS company's performance management system,a number of safeguard measures were put forward in terms of organization,system,technology,culture,and training.The above-mentioned research and practice will help promote the corporate management of HS companies,and will also provide a reference for other similar companies in optimizing performance management systems.
