| With the continuous development of the economy and the changing market environment,the competition in various fields is increasingly intensified.Internet companies in each field are facing the uncertainty of development,and they are constantly strengthening the "moat" of their own development,improving their core competitiveness and making themselves invincible.In the Internet second-hand car industry,there are not many successful cases and experiences of performance management in domestic enterprises.This paper takes TC company as an example,based on the analysis of the industry competitive environment to solves the actual performance management problems faced by the company and conducts performance research and improvement.How to base on the company strategy,accurately analyze the market dynamics and improve the current performance management of TC company has become an important research topic.This paper reviews the important and recent literature on performance management at home and abroad,and points out the current research level and development trend.Taking TC company as an example,along the path of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper uses the thought and theory of strategic map,and adopts the methods of questionnaire analysis,interview survey and statistical analysis to elaborate the design of performance management process for TC company to construct strategic map.Firstly,on the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,the status quo and existing problems of TC company’s performance management were mastered through questionnaire survey and interview survey,and the problems of TC company’s performance management were analyzed according to relevant theories.Secondly,how to redesign the performance management process of strategic map and construct and implement a performance management system matching with the characteristics of business activities from the perspective of TC company’s own strategy;Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of performance management and systematically summarizes the improvement research of performance management.In this paper through to the enterprise strategic objectives of the four level decomposition,the performance indicators and action plan with the enterprise strategic target together,promote and implement performance management in the company.For the TC company provides the necessary information in the management decisions and strong basis,to better achieve the company strategic target and improve the efficiency of the company.Based on the improvement of the performance management process on the strategic map,it promotes the optimization of the management process and business process,and gradually realizes the increment of the enterprise’s human capital,lays the foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise,and provides a reference for the Internet second-hand car industry. |
