Study On The Standardization Construction Of F Metro Vehicle Maintenance Team

F metro company has been in operation for more than 3 years,and the maintenance team of engineering vehicles is still in the stage of experience management.With the increase of operating lines and the shortage of professional maintenance personnel,engineering vehicle maintenance teams are faced with such problems as inefficient operation,unstable maintenance quality,and unclear management standards.A set of standard team management mode has not yet been formed,which affects the safe operation of subway.In order to reduce the safety risks brought by the team management problems to the subway operation,F subway company realized the urgency of the standardization construction of the maintenance team of engineering vehicles.The standardization construction of the maintenance team of subway engineering vehicles is not only conducive to improving the management level of the team,but also can provide a set of standard management scheme for the short,flat and fast team for the subsequent lines,so as to ensure the fast and safe operation of the new line.This thesis takes the standardization construction of F subway company’s engineering vehicle maintenance team as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the development status of the engineering vehicle maintenance team of F subway company.Through literature review and comparative analysis,it is concluded that the standardized management mode of engineering vehicle maintenance team is the optimal management mode of engineering vehicle maintenance team of F subway company.At the same time,the lean management theory is introduced to realize the refined analysis of the safety,production and synthesis modules of the team.In the process of formulating the standardized plan,the key management contents affecting the safety,production and operation of the team were classified and sorted out,and the assessment standards were formulated,so as to achieve the refinement of the assessment indicators of the team.Secondly,by formulating sub-plans such as the standardization construction process,6S construction scheme and 360-degree evaluation system,the smooth development of the standardization construction of the team and team can be effectively promoted.Finally,through the implementation of the standardized construction program,it is proved that the program can greatly improve the maintenance quality,safety and comprehensive management level of the group,which is conducive to the safe operation of the subway.According to the research results of this thesis,the standardization construction of the maintenance team of subway engineering vehicles can improve the maintenance quality,safety production level,work efficiency and reduce the operating cost,and can realize the construction of the maintenance team of subway engineering vehicles in line with the requirements of subway operation.
