In the period of China's rapid economic development,the construction industry has also developed rapidly,and more private companies have entered the construction industry.However,due to the fierce competition between industries,brain drain has gradually become an unavoidable practical problem in the internal competition of the industry.The loss of knowledge workers will hinder the development of construction companies and weaken the core competitiveness of construction companies.Therefore,to explore the loss of knowledge workers in s construction company can help enterprises better retain professionals.This paper takes the loss of knowledge workers in s construction company as the research object,relying on the relevant theoretical knowledge of brain drain,first of all,it carries out in-depth research on the reasons for the loss of knowledge workers in s construction company,and carries out questionnaire survey and case interview among on-the-job knowledge workers and knowledge workers who leave within three years This paper studies the factors of the high turnover rate of knowledge workers in s construction company from the aspects of personal factors and social environment.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that the problems of the turnover rate of knowledge workers in s construction company lie in the following aspects:first,the system of enterprise management is not mature,the fairness of employees' salary and welfare is weak,and the lack of competitiveness,Unable to fully attract and motivate knowledge workers;Second,there is no scientific competitive development system in the enterprise;Third,the education and training mode is traditional and old,which can not significantly improve the professional skills and professional quality of employees;The fourth is the traditional performance appraisal mode,which has weak incentive effect;Fifthly,the construction of corporate culture cannot be unified with the future development plan;Then,according to the previous analysis,the author puts forward the preventive measures for the loss of knowledge-based employees in s construction company,which can meet and achieve the diversified needs of knowledge-based employees,create the tutor system for new knowledge-based employees,revise the competitive salary system,improve the career development plan of knowledge-based employees,revise the scientific employee selection and cultivation system,and improve the quality of knowledge-based employees In order to improve the industry competitiveness of s construction company,we should create a fair knowledge-based staff assessment system and strengthen the company's cultural construction,which can also bring reasonable reference for similar enterprises.
