The Application Research Of The Elements Of National Mythology In Modern Illustration And Its Derivatives

The national myth is an indispensable part of the broad and profound Chinese culture.The national myth carries the 5000 years of human civilization in China.It is the imagination of unknown things and the yearning for a better life formed in the process of exploring nature.The myths of different times and nations reflect the national spirit and characteristics of the times.This kind of historical myth and traditional aesthetics rooted in the Chinese national spirit and Chinese civilization should not be forgotten by the tide of the times.It is a valuable cultural resource for the development of modern culture,especially for today's art design.With the rise of Chinese culture,Chinese style has stepped on the tide of the times.Modern and contemporary young people no longer simply pursue foreign culture and modernist style,but enhance their national understanding and aesthetic interest from the bottom of their hearts.Therefore,national mythology is bound to become an important part of the study of Chinese culture.Contemporary illustration is widely used,and it is one of the main carriers of cultural expression.This paper focuses on the application of national mythological cultural elements in modern illustration and its derivatives.The cultural and creative derivative design of traditional Chinese mythology illustration is the modern expression of traditional culture.It is a kind of cultural and historical integrated product design mode with public demand as the guide,cultural creativity as the core,science and technology as the means and multi-platform as the carrier.This paper mainly consists of the following four parts.The first part first explains the research background,research content and method,research purpose and significance;the second part mainly analyzes the current situation of national myth and modern illustration design.Through the analysis of the origin and main characteristics,this paper discusses its advantages and disadvantages,summarizes the effective design ideas,and puts forward improvement measures for the current situation.Based on it,this paper discusses the third and fourth chapters of the core of the paper.In the third part,it discusses in detail the application methods of modern illustration creation under the theme of national myth in its derivatives,which are:(1)the creation method of combining national myth with modern illustration;(2)the innovative application method of national Myth theme illustration in its derivatives;(3)the promotion effect of national Myth theme illustration on its derivatives.Among them,the creative techniques of national mythology combined with modern illustration mainly include the innovation of creative theme,the shaping of painting style,the fit of national culture and the innovation of work expression;the innovative application means of national mythology combined with modern illustration in derivatives mainly include the combination of popularity and culture,the combination of nationality and times,the combination of aesthetics and practicality,and the combination of tradition The combination of technique and modern technology;the promotion of national Myth theme illustration on its derivatives mainly includes improving product design concept,adding product culture and promoting the spread of national culture.In the fourth part of the article,taking the graduation project as an example,based on the national myth of modern illustration design creation example-Bai "Genesis" design practice.By choosing the theme,designing the story and defining the painting style,we can draw the line draft and color draft.Its derivatives mainly focus on silk scarves,fan,soft packaging and packaging design.Through the above design means,the excellent national myth culture of our country is applied to the design of modern cultural creative products,so that the excellent traditional Chinese myth culture can be combined with the trend of the times,and a road of cultural creation with Chinese characteristics can be found.
