This article focuses on the in-depth image research and historical and cultural analysis of the Qingyang Palace(formerly known as Qingyang House),known as the "First Taoist Temple in Western Sichuan",and uses the Taoist mythology in the book "Qingyang Palace Myth" edited by Qiang Jinwu as the text On the one hand,it extracts the cultural and architectural visual elements of Qingyang Palace,and then mainly uses the art form of illustration,as well as the innovative thinking of modern design and the carrier of integrated media materials,which is finally applied to the design practice of Taoist cultural tourism products.This article mainly discusses the applied research of the Taoist mythology and images of Qingyang Palace through five chapters.In the introduction part,the research background,purpose and research contents of the selected topic are elaborated.Then focus on investigation and analysis of the Qingyang Palace's architectural environment,cultural IP and folklore activities,and then organize and analyze the relevant cultural and creative product cases at home and abroad to provide reference and theoretical basis for this application-based graduation creation practice.The author hopes to use a complete set of Taoist culture to convey the design work,enhance the visual image of this famous Taoist palace in the country,protect and inherit the wisdom of traditional Taoist culture,and at the same time provide a unique and interesting foreign publicity for the world cultural tourism city Chengdu Cultural and creative products.
