In recent years,technological progress in the new media era has led to the continuous upgrading and transformation of the media,especially the rapid development of digital mobile media,which has gradually become the mainstream.People’s increasing demand for information and spiritual emotions has promoted the vigorous development of China’s cultural and creative industries.Culture-centered campus cultural and creative derivatives also actively participate in it.Therefore,the form of cultural and creative products expands online products on the basis of actual products.While satisfying people’s material needs,it also effectively improves the audience’s sense of belonging to the school.,Further establish the campus brand image,promote school culture,and improve the soft power of campus culture.Campus culture and innovation is the bridge and bond between the audience and the campus,so the emotional value of cultural and creative products is particularly important.The illustration design can convey the campus culture to the audience through its unique fun,story,and multi-dimensional display.The picture is full of expressive tension and strong visual impact,which enhances the audience’s recognition of campus culture and creativity.In order to improve the design quality and efficiency of campus culture and innovation,a campus-themed illustration system was established,and the illustration system was used to design campus culture and innovation products.In the early stage of the design,the research methods of user surveys were used to understand the audience’s awareness of campus culture and the preferences of campus culture and innovation,and to extensively collect the audience’s purchase habits and emotional needs for campus culture and innovation,and then refine campus architecture,flora and fauna,and humanistic ideas.Form a campus cultural image and color symbols,redesign according to the design principles in the text,and finally organize the symbol materials into a campus cultural illustration system to establish a campus cultural and creative brand with a unique style and cultural connotation.When the illustration system is applied,choose the organic combination of the campus symbol materials as the complete picture,or add dynamic effects and interactive action creation on some materials to achieve an experience and a visually dynamic interactive illustration that is consistent,flexible and organic in accordance with the style.The combined application principle applies illustrations to various carriers.This article mainly proposes the design method and design principles of illustrations in the cultural innovation of campus in the era of new media,and verifies the design practice.
