Design Study Of Community Cultural Center Based On Old Industrial Buildings

The transformation of economic structure has led to social problems such as the idleness of some old industrial buildings.The transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings has become an important issue in the current development process.This thesis starts from the perspective of the renovation of old industrial buildings,and applies the design plan to specific community cultural activity center projects.This thesis takes the old factory building of Heze Fur Factory as the applicable object to design and research the local community cultural center.The first part investigates and researches the related theories of old industrial buildings and community cultural centers,and examines the transformation of old industrial buildings into community cultural centers at home and abroad.Excellent cases are analyzed and researched.The second part grasps the general situation of the old factory building and space of the fur factory,and summarizes the existing problems.The third part investigates the design issues of the renovation of the fur factory's old factory building into a community cultural center.The fourth part conceives and implements the specific design issues of transforming the old factory building of the fur factory into a community cultural center,and transforms and upgrades the plane layout,functional zoning,lighting,color matching,materials and safety facilities.The design takes into account the spiritual needs of different age groups and different classes,and applies humanized and scientific design concepts to the design of specific community cultural centers.Through the design and research of the community cultural center based on the transformation of old industrial buildings,this thesis not only solves the problem of the renovation of the old factory building of Heze Fur Factory,but also solves the design problem of the local community cultural center.An in-depth exploration was carried out in design research and design practice,and an inductive summary was given on the practical methods of such old industrial building renovation.In terms of theory,it provides theoretical supplements and development for the design issues of upgrading and transforming such old factory buildings into community cultural centers,and also provides literature references for such design schemes.In this thesis,the old factory building of the fur factory is transformed into a cultural activity space that can meet the needs of local residents,embodying the humanistic spiritual value,economic value,ecological value and aesthetic value,so that the old industrial buildings will be revitalized.Aesthetically conforms to the development direction of the times and can give local residents a higher sense of happiness and belonging.
