Research On Reconstruction Design Of Existing Industrial Buildings For Community Pension

From the perspective of urban renewal,this paper puts forward a new design concept for China's increasingly aging population and the problem of urban population providing for the aged.As home-based community pension is still the primary measure to solve the problem of old-age care in China and even in the world,the traditional home-based pension has been unable to meet the growing needs of the elderly and the elderly population,the role of community pension is particularly critical.Urban renewal of there is a more thorough research on the use of industrial heritage,but mostly to complete industrial zone or high historical value of upgrading industrial buildings,and to hide in the ordinary industrial buildings in the city is no universal transformation strategy,and this article is to both ordinary industrial buildings in a city like boiler room(the service radius and community endowment service radius in particular as the main points,in order to solve the urban old community not suitable to build community endowment space problem.Taking Malan community in Dalian as an example,this paper studies the design of the industrial building by combining the theories of industrial renewal and pension.To promote the development of urban renewal and urban pension solutions.The first chapter of this paper is the part of raising questions,which mainly describes the research background,purpose,national and related pension policies of Dalian,and puts forward research methods and research significance.The second chapter is a summary of theory and practice,which mainly analyzes the theoretical research and exploration practice of industrial building renewal and community pension at home and abroad,and makes a case analysis of similar cases.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the analysis part,which analyzes the feasibility,advantages and difficulties of the existing industrial buildings to transform the community endowment space,and gives the design methods and strategiesThe fifth chapter is the part to solve the problem.This part takes the Malan community in Dalian city as an example to investigate and analyze its pension needs and the surrounding available industrial building resources,and to prove the feasibility of theoretical research and design methods by means of design practice.The sixth chapter is a summary of the whole research,analyzes the innovation and limitations of the research,and prospects the future research direction of this direction.
