| With the national implementing of strategy of "shifting from labor-intensive industry to service economy" and the adjustment of industrial economic structure,a large number of industrial buildings are abandoned,and the urban land resources are rapidly decreased.It has become an urgent issue about how to efficiently reuse the factory buildings occupying large area of urban land.At the same time,how to retain talent,attract talent and improve the living environment has been a top priority in the talent strategy of local governments.Currently,local governments are vigorously supporting the construction of talent apartments and the relevant supporting facilities in high-tech-creativity parks and key enterprise parks.On the one hand,the renovation of the abandoned plants are essential.On the other hand,after renovation there will be huge demand for talent apartments and the relevant supporting facilities.To combine the two parts will be a meaningful attempt.This graduation project is about the planning of talent community and individual renovation design of the plants for the No.3 plot of cultural and creative industries cluster in Taizhou,Zhejiang.With the background of the transformation of the plants,from the designer's point of view,the project proposes the transformation strategy of apartment land and discusses the adaptability of the talent apartment in the transformation project of the plants and the construction of the life supporting facilities in the apartment land.Except for the planning strategy,the project focuses on the individual design of a few plants in the park,discussing the spatial scale,the functional layout,the reconstruction and utilization of the supporting structure,the improvement of the lighting and ventilation strategy and the relationship between the surrounding area and the surrounding area in the process of reconstruction of light industrial plants for community public space. |
