Research And Application Of Modular Design In Interior Design Of Elderly Care Community

There is a big gap in the number and service of pension institutions in China,and the high cost also makes the elderly and their children shrink back.Faced with these changes,many types of pension models have been proposed one after another,and designers try to develop the most appropriate scheme to settle the elderly.This design in the study of the relevant social background,design users put forward in the design into the modular thought and focus on the modular design thought in the interior space design application method.By further study of aging,accessibility,modular design theory and design method of related to retirement community made a reasonable positioning,people-oriented design concept,modular space design concept,variability of space design concept,healing design concept,and expounds how to apply the design concept in the design.Finally,the pension community is divided into three spatial levels and four functional space modules through reasonable division.The design concept suitable for each functional space module is selected,and a complete spatial unit module scheme and product module scheme are designed according to the spatial level of the module.This paper discusses the method of indoor modularization in China's elderly community by combining theory with practice,and puts forward some ideas and ideas.It is hoped that through the study of modular households,new thinking and new ideas can be put forward for the pension mode in China.It is of great significance to integrate the idea of modularization into the design of pension community in the future.
