The Design And Planing Of Full-age Community,which Is Based On The Psychological Needs Of The Elderly In The City

The aging problem of our country is becoming more and more serious.To solve large numbers of elderly people's pension problems,firstly we must solve the housing problems of the elderly.The development status of social and economic development and the miniaturization and empty nesting trend of the family structure have,on the one hand,promoted the development of the concept of old-age care and the development of the conditions for the care of the elderly.On the other hand,it has also resulted in a comparison between the traditional family pension model and the institutional pension model.The big impact,in which the elderly in the city are exposed to the impact and influence of the social development,is even more obvious.The weakening of traditional old-age care model has prompted experts and scholars to explore ways of supporting the elderly which are more suitable for the elderly.The construction of the aging community plays a decisive role in solving the old-age problem in China.This article adopts a progressive approach to build the "Full-age Community" which is based on the psychological needs of the elderly in city,and makes a preliminary exploration of the planning and design model for the Full-age Community.The author takes the elderly in the city as the main research object,and takes the psychological needs of the elderly in the city in China as the research basis,and constructs the Full-age Community which is based on the psychological needs of the elderly in the city.First of all,according to the relevant research on the psychological needs of the elderly in the city and the analysis of the characteristics of the urban elderly,he author analysis the psychological needs of the elderly in the city synthetically.Then,on the basis of meeting the corresponding psychological needs,the psychological needs of the elderly are turned into planning and design elements.Finally,the author combines the psychological needs of t the elderly in the city with the advanced practice experiences of the aging communities at home and abroad,and build the Full-age Community which is based on the psychological needs of the elderly in the city.Integrating the planning design elements which is based on the psychological needs of the elderly in the city,the planning and design method was explained from the four major aspects of the overall planning and layout of the community,public activity space,public service facilities and residential buildings in the community.The research results of the Full-age Community in this article have not only enriched the content of theoretical research in China's aging community,but also provided the guidance for the planning and design of the aging community in China.It has broad development space and good The development prospects.The author hopes that the research done in this paper can provide reference for urban designers and relevant government departments at the theoretical level,and help solving the housing problems of the elderly in the practical aspect.
