Research On Development Of Public Service Facilities In Huatugula Town Based On The Living Circle Theory

In our country,the development of cities is prior to that of small towns in the process of urbanization.With New Urbanization,however,small towns receive more and more attention and requirements.The National New urbanization Plan 2014-2020 states that the development of small towns with different characteristics should be treated differently,and that the coverage of public services facilities should be extended to rural areas in order to ensure the same level of public service in cities and villages,and realize the integration of urban and rural public service.Huatugula Town is a northern remote small town,30 kilometers north of Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia,with low urbanization level.In face of New Urbanization,an effective and reasonable layout of urban and rural public service facilities plays an important role to the development of cities and towns.Researching into all aspects of the town,such as industry,location,economy,custom and so on,the life circle theory is considered to be a solution to meet the living needs of residents in Huatugula Town and to optimize the layout of public service facilities in Huatugula Town.According to the theory and the present situating of the town,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the new urbanization road of Huatugula,so as to realize the benign and rapid upgrading of the small town.
