Based On The Concept Of Co-creation, Research On The Renewal Strategy Of Public Space In Small Property Rights Residential Areas In Jinan

With the rapid advancement of urbanization,my country's urban construction has gradually entered a high-quality development stage with "stock optimization" as the core,and urban renewal represented by the transformation of old communities is an important part of this stage.Compared with ordinary old settlements,small property right settlements not only have large stocks and problems,but have also been excluded from renovation work for a long time.In 2020,Shaanxi Province took the lead in the transformation of small-property residential areas.In the same year,Shandong Province also included the small-property residential areas of Jinan Century Zhonghua City into the list of old residential areas.Under this opportunity,this article conducts research on the renewal and transformation of public space in small property rights residential areas.Based on relevant research,this article first analyzes the origin,development and goals of the concept of joint creation,studies the participatory renewal design cases of typical residential areas at home and abroad,and summarizes the mode of public space renewal in small property rights residential areas under the concept of joint creation.Process.Secondly,the overall status,causes and characteristics of small property rights residential areas in Jinan are sorted out and summarized,and field investigations are conducted on typical small property rights residential areas and public spaces,and summarized in terms of residential properties,outdoor activity space,road traffic space,and landscape greening space.And public service facilities.Once again,using typical domestic and foreign cases for reference,the principles and optimization strategies for public space renewal in small property rights residential areas under the concept of joint creation are proposed.Finally,taking the small property right residential area of Century Zhonghua City in Jinan City as an example,the design process based on the concept of cocreation was formulated,and its public space was transformed and designed from the three levels of physical space,humanistic environment,and management and maintenance.
