Globalization makes the competition of the whole international market more and more intense,and it is a severe challenge for China's construction enterprises.The rapid development of construction enterprises is mainly driven by the surging investment in infrastructure,especially the super fast and progressive expressway investment.So,how to survive in the competition of survival of the fittest in an invincible position,is a state-owned large construction enterprises managers thinking of the problem.In this paper,China MCC5 Group Corp.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as China MCC5 Group)is taken as the research object,and combined with the theory of strategic management and diversification strategy under the dynamic environment,the status quo of MCC5 and the implementation of diversification strategy are fully analyzed.The company's advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats are summarized through strategic analysis and evaluation.The impact of changes in external environment on the company's operation and development is accurately predicted through strategic selection evaluation.Through comparative analysis,the problems existing in the implementation of the company's diversification strategy are found,and the diversification development strategy adapted to MCC5 is re-optimized.At the same time,the corresponding safeguard measures are also proposed.This study pointed out that MCC5 can by adjusting the product structure,a clear focus on product positioning,innovative business model and management mechanism,expand the core and key regional market,promote the team building,we should improve with the mechanism,deepen the comprehensive risk management,improve risk control ability,improve the scientific and technological innovation mechanism,to promote science and technology innovation platform construction,optimize the financial resource,improve the operational efficiency of assets,accelerate the implementation of the strategy of "going out".This paper analyzes and analyzes the diversification strategy of MCC5,and analyzes and evaluates its diversification development strategy by combining with relevant theories such as strategic management.Through adjusting development strategy,avoid development bottleneck,promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.
