| The implementation of the one belt,one road initiative has created more opportunities for our engineering contracting enterprises to go out of the gate.According to ENR’s list of "the world’s largest 250 international contractors" in 2020,a total of 74 Chinese funded enterprises were shortlisted,and the business volume of Chinese enterprises ranked first in all countries,with a total of US $12005 billion,accounting for 25.4% of the total international business volume of the 250 listed enterprises.Chinese enterprises have become the main force of overseas engineering construction.How to improve the efficiency of overseas project management of Chinese enterprises has become an important issue in the field of theory and practice.The domestic theoretical research on engineering projects started late,and the research on overseas projects lacked practical experience,especially the research on improving the management level of overseas engineering projects by combining with the engineering characteristics,difficulties and actual situation of overseas projects is less.In the past,the research on overseas engineering projects mostly stays at the company level.This paper combines with Algeria airport The practical problems encountered in the process of project management,from the project schedule management,project quality management,project cost management,HSE management and localized personnel management,etc.,innovative put forward the project level optimization management measures.This paper adopts the methods of case study and literature analysis.PEST analysis is used to analyze the problems and find solutions(1)Starting from the current situation and development trend of overseas project contracting business,this paper introduces the risks and common problems existing in the current overseas project contracting.This paper collects and sorts out the research data of overseas engineering projects at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Algeria airport project.On the basis of the existing theory,combined with the actual project,the paper further discusses the management optimization of overseas engineering projects,and puts forward the optimization management measures at the project level.(2)In the study of Algerian airport project management,it is found that the key to the success of Chinese enterprises in overseas projects is localization management.In the past research on localization management,all employees are regarded as a whole.Based on the actual situation of the project and relying on the culture of China and Arab countries,this paper makes different localization management measures according to the role orientation of employees and Chinese managers.The research value of this paper is to share the successful experience of overseas engineering contract projects with similar companies in China,and explore how to carry out efficient management and optimize management methods in overseas engineering projects.Through improving the management system of overseas projects,this paper overcomes the shortcomings of overseas project management,and realizes the effective control of overseas projects on quality,schedule,cost and other target systems. |
