Since 40 years of reform and opening up,with the continuous progress of economic globalization and the rapid development of domestic politics,economy and society,the competition is increasingly fierce and individuals are facing increasing pressure from all sides,which not only seriously affects personal mental health and quality of life,but also greatly reduces work efficiency and corporate interests.At the same time,it also aggravates social conflicts in a way and causes social problems.EAP,that is,Employee Assistance Program is born at the right moment.With the depth promotion and improvement of the system construction of TJ Company,the psychological pressure of the company's employees has become increasingly prominent,which not only affects the work,but also affects the development of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to provide spiritual nourishment for the continuous development of the enterprise,TJ Company established EAP research project through full investigation to promote the common growth and progress of employees and the company,so as to realize the excellent construction of the enterprise.Through referring to relevant results of EAP at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the implementation of TJ company's deepening EAP and accelerating management integration,anchoring employees' psychological factors and related management factors that need to be improved,improving employees' psychological capital and work experience;optimizing professional management working process,improving enterprise management efficiency;establishing the management integration mode of EAP and promoting the continuous improvement ofenterprise flexible management.In further research,this paper will focus on the individual psychological capital and positive attitude,team support collaboration and positive atmosphere,support perception of vertical management hierarchy and inter-departments,organizational commitment,positive cultural feelings and other core indicators of psychological capital as well as the key psychological prosperity index system(KFI)centering on four dimensions of “individual prosperity,team prosperity,management prosperity and organizational prosperity” to realize the quantitative evaluation of employees' psychological state and organizational management efficiency;determine the key factors affecting the psychological state of different employee groups and organizational management efficiency relying on the big data of employees' occupational mental health accumulated over the years;optimize the mode of psychological management,strengthen employees' psychological feelings and work effects and improve the flexible management level of the enterprise through the whole process psychological management.Finally,it is necessary to use key psychological prosperity index system(KFI)in EAP management of TJ Company,use the obtained theory to guide integrated implementation of the promotion and management of EAP through building a assistance resource system,caring service mechanism of employee development by category and other measures,combine with the present management situation and experience of the pilot units,dock with the existing work,and inspect the efficiency.
