| Under the background of national large-scale infrastructure construction,electric power projects have gradually increased in recent years.As the main body of power grid infrastructure projects,the quality of power transmission and transformation projects are significant for the long-term stable operation of the power grid.Power transmission and transformation projects have the features of high intensity and fast progress,therefore,it is an urgent problem to study the theory of the quality evaluation model of power transmission and transformation projects.Based on the actual situation of power transmission and transformation projects,this thesis studies the model and the quality evaluation of power transmission and transformation projects,and takes the progress as a part of the evaluation quality,and puts it into the evaluation index system,so as to meet the needs of current power project quality evaluation.According to the strict requirements for the construction period of "1001" project,under the condition of ensuring the quality of the project,this thesis makes adjustments to the indexes of quality evaluation: in the aspect of construction environment management,establish the index system,in the evaluation indexes of the construction process,strengthen the weight of the project progress management,and construct the quality evaluation combined with the progress Index system.In this thesis,the grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality of LJ110 k V power transmission and transformation project.Firstly,AHP is used to determine the index weight.The determination of the weight of this part of indicators is decided by experts' scoring.For the determination of grey index,the qualitative index is calculated by whitening weight function,and the quantitative index is determined by index completion rate.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the relevant quality evaluation suggestions for LJ110 k V power transmission and transformation project are put forward.This thesis concludes that the evaluation index system is suitable for the quality evaluation of power transmission and transformation projects,and can be used as a reference for other project quality evaluation index system.The quality evaluation model of power transmission and transformation project based on the grey comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this thesis provides a practical model for other similar projects.Some suggestions on the quality evaluation of LJ110 k V transmission and transformation project are put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of the same type of project. |
