The construction of a strong and reliable power grid is the prerequisite to ensure that residents have access to high-quality power supply,but also the State Grid Company to implement the "international leading energy Internet with Chinese characteristics," the fundamental measure.In this paper,based on the actual operation of the Regional Power Grid,the primary and secondary systems connected to the power grid of the regional 500 k V transmission and transformation project are designed synthetically,it is of great significance to meet the demand of regional load growth,solve the problem of insufficient power supply capacity and the safe and stable operation of power grid.Combined with the actual 500 k V transmission and transformation project in the region,the project design and economic evaluation of its access to the power grid are carried out.Firstly,the situation of the power grid in the region where the project is located is summarized,including basic data such as grid,load forecasting and installed scale of power supply,on the basis of which the power and electricity balance analysis and calculation are carried out to demonstrate the necessity of engineering construction,followed by technical and economic demonstration of the proposed design scheme,reasonable selection of main transformer and conductor type,from the design of power flow calculation,transient stability analysis calculation,short-circuit current analysis calculation and economic point of view to select the best design;Then from the perspective of planning year to carry out analysis and calculation,with the Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant Unit put into operation as a time sequence,analysis of the project put into operation under the level of long-term planning,safe and stable operation adaptability level.Finally,the evaluation index of power transmission and transformation project is established from the economic and technical point of view,and the comprehensive evaluation of power transmission and transformation project is carried out by using the mixed analytic hierarchy process and the new method of Modulus and subjection degree,the economic and social benefits of the project are reasonably evaluated.The simulation results show that the design scheme of this transmission and transformation project can meet the demand of regional power load growth,optimize the structure of 220 k V power grid,improve the reliability of regional power supply,and optimize the surrounding 500 k V Power Grid,the utility model can alleviate the thermal stability problem caused by the cross-line Fault of the double-circuit lines on the same tower in the main power supply sending lines,and improve the operation flexibility and the reliability of the power sending out of regional nuclear power plants.
