In the process of social modernization,railway engineering,as a key transformation project,not only provides transportation convenience for local travel,but also plays a driving role in regional economic development.As an energy-saving and environment-friendly vehicle,the railway plays an important role in building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,and plays an irreplaceable role.At present,the construction management level of China's railway construction is not high,and the phenomenon of out-of-control of the construction progress frequently appears,which seriously affects the development of the Chinese railway engineering construction.TQ passenger dedicated line project is a part of the national medium and long term railway network planning.After it is put into operation,the northeast,North China and East China will be connected,so that the transportation time from Northeast to North China and East China will be greatly shortened,and the economic sustainable development along the route will also be further promoted.Although the TQ passenger dedicated line project has been completed,there are still slow progress and delay in the construction of TQ passenger dedicated line project.Therefore,the progress control of the project of the TQ passenger dedicated line is reviewed,the project progress of the project of the TQ passenger dedicated line is analyzed,and the management blind spots and the defects are found,and then the targeted suggestions are put forward,and the optimization strategy is put forward for the progress control of the passenger rail project,And provides a reference basis for the progress control of the passenger rail project in other regions.The main research contents of this paper are divided into the following aspects:first,the main purpose and significance of this study are explained,and the research status at home and abroad is summarized,and the previous research results on project schedule management are understood.Secondly,this paper makes a summary of the related theories,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the subject.Third,a brief introduction to the project of the TQ passenger dedicated line is presented,and the progress management of the project will be described in terms of the overall construction organization arrangement,the project progress plan,the construction management objective and the construction project management measures.Fourth,the project progress extension case of the TQ passenger dedicated line is finished and analyzed,and the reason for the extension is explained.Fifthly,the problems existing in the schedule management of TQ passenger dedicated line project are analyzed,and it is found that there are some problems in the management process,such as the traditional project organization can not meet the needs of large and complex projects,the original schedule plan is not decomposed in place,the preparation method of project schedule plan is relatively backward,the employment mechanism is not perfect,the quality of personnel is uneven,the management level of schedule plan is unknown,and the responsibility is unclear.The construction progress of TQ passenger dedicated line project has been seriously affected.Sixth,in view of the problems existing in the project schedule management of TQ passenger dedicated line,the corresponding suggestions are put forward,including the establishment of a complete real-time monitoring system of project progress,the implementation of project schedule plan at different levels,the timely adjustment of project progress,the setting of project progress control flow,and the concrete measures of project progress control in order to improve the effect of progress management.Seventh,from the organization and plan management,project resources,labor force,schedule emergency management plan four aspects of safeguard measures to ensure the effective development of project schedule management.Finally,the research of this topic is summarized,and the future research work is prospected.It is hoped that through this study,it is possible to provide a reference for the progress control of the railway construction and to promote the construction of the harmonious railway,so that the construction of the railway can follow the development needs of the times.
