Construction schedule management is an important part of project management.The work unit belongs to the Nanning SASAC platform.There are about 70 urban construction projects in Nanning every year,with a total investment of about 4 billion.Construction projects all have indicators.It is worth thinking about how to ensure the quality of engineering projects to be effectively completed and become a state-owned enterprise in the construction platform.A construction platform only has high efficiency and high quality to complete project construction,so that we can have more opportunities to undertake more projects to survive.In this sense,schedule management is becoming more and more important.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,traditional schedule management method,case study method,comparative analysis method and other methods to carry out the thesis research.First,through literature search,we searched a large number of literature,materials in the early stage,combined with the relevant policies issued by the state and local governments,and constructed the framework and theoretical basis of this research on the basis of previous research results.Second,in the case of F passenger transport hub project are analyzed through the WBS structure of the traditional Gantt chart schedule management method of decomposition,analysis,traditional schedule management in F project schedule management of passenger transport hub case in question and proposed the use of BIM technology and according to reason.Third,the progress of the project management on the use of traditional schedule management tool for the study,put forward the traditional schedule management tool is easily affected by external environmental factors,the plan is difficult to understand,not a graphic abstract with the progress of the project the project schedule,adjust the coordination effect of poor communication time high cost,on the other hand,in the project the management of the use of BIM technology were analyzed,and compared the two in project schedule control of aging,put the BIM technology into the traditional schedule management,put forward the visual BIM technology,schedule management is more effective with advantages.Fourth,case analysis for F passenger transport hub project,according to the construction contract,bidding documents,project owners required completion time node,according to the project,artificial materials,machines and site actual situation,the use of BIM technology in schedule management,schedule management by comparing the different before and after the use of BIM Technology,research found that the use of BIM technology makes the construction schedule management becomes more clear and dynamic,such as the discovery of the actual progress and the plan does not match,according to the BIM technology platform to find out the reasons behind schedule,each participating in the same platform quickly to coordinate solutions to optimize the schedule adjustment according to the actual situation.It can be seen that the proposed BIM technology not only provides a new attempt to optimize schedule management,but also further proves that BIM is feasible and necessary for project schedule management.Fifth,the results of the study are summarized,the main conclusions are as follows:1,through the schedule management of BIM technology makes the project more visible,managers understand the project process more intuitive;2,schedule management process more effective;3,more rational use of resources;4.parties participating in the construction work more convenient.In this paper,the shortcomings of this study are also analyzed and the next phase of the research work of BIM technology is prospected.
