In addition to personnel control,modern model of project management in the project operation process is mainly based on the project plan and according to the actual progress of the scene to track management.Full consideration of risk considerations in the planning of the project at the early stage can make the project much less risky in the process.Of course,many of the unexpected events of each project are unforeseen,so it is necessary to adjust the actual situation according to the schedule.In this process,it is very important to plan and schedule management.In this paper,Y car factory D058 production line turnkey project as the subject,through systematic research and advanced theoretical basis,deduced a set of project schedule management methods suitable for China's national conditions.Based on the topic of "Research on Progress Control of Turn-key Projects in D058 Production Line of Y Car Factory",this paper analyzes the present situation of project progress control on the premise of accumulating certain theoretical basis,digs deeply into the problems existing in the process of project implementation,and obtains the rolling and closing problems of two-cap assemblies,the back cover sub-assemblies and the front cover gluing line.Through the analysis and summary of the specific details of these five types of problems,the reasons for the three major categories affecting the progress control of the project are the delay of mechanical design problems,the delay of electrical problems,and the delay of industrial robots.Analysis of the causes of delays in mechanical design problems,delays in electrical problems,and delays in industrial robot problems,and a better solution to each problem has been made in combination with the project.Finally,a schedule cont rol improvement scheme is worked out,and the feasibility and expected results of the scheme are discussed and analyzed.In this paper,a set of improvement scheme of turnkey project schedule control in production line is obtained,which provides a certain theoretical and practical guidance for further improving the management level of automobile production line construction project in China.
