Study On Business Process Optimization Of Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Logistics In Eastern Airlines Logistics

China is a big country in pharmaceutical production.With the acceleration of China’s aging trend,the enhancement of national health awareness and the innovation and development of China’s pharmaceutical industry,the pharmaceutical industry continues to maintain a strong momentum of development.At the same time,pharmaceutical cold chain logistics has ushered in a huge space for development.The issuance of the National Standard of the People’s Republic of China,"Code for the Operation of Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Logistics" strictly stipulates the requirements for receipt,storage,transportation,facilities and equipment,and staffing of pharmaceutical products.Refrigerated medicines must be produced and circulated in a controlled temperature environment to ensure product quality.As the important carrier of air transportation in China,Eastern Airlines Logistics is an important logistics service domain.In order to improve customer satisfaction and the company’s economic efficiency,optimizing the operation process and improving work efficiency are the goals pursued by the company.First of all,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of cold chain logistics,as well as pharmaceutical cold chain logistics,business process optimization and six sigma theory and method related overview.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of China Eastern Airlines Logistics Company and its cold chain logistics,and analyzes every operation link of the company’s pharmaceutical cold chain logistics business process.Then it uses the DMAIC method in Six Sigma theory analyze the detailed analysis of the business process of the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics of China Eastern Logistics Company,and transforms the customer demand into the business process quality factor to find out the key factors in business processes.Based on this,the design of the optimization scheme is carried out and the corresponding control strategy is proposed.Finally,Flexsim software is used to simulate the business process before and after optimization to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
