China has been the world's largest auto producer and consumer for several years,but we are not the strongest one.The gap between our automobile industry's quality and the international advanced level is still large.Due to the increasing pressure of competition and economic change,enterprises need to improve the quality of products and reduce cost,shorten the cycle.And Six Sigma is the preferred innovation enterprise management method.Through the systematical,integrated improvement of business process,to achieve zero defect in the process of design,and implementation of process improvement method on the existing process,which includes five stages of Define?Measure?Analyze?Improve and Control,namely the DMAIC process,then optimize project resources,promote the competitiveness of the enterprise,enhance customer satisfaction.E company was founded in 1865,headquartered in Esslingen,Germany,which is in the riverside.In exhaust technology company,E is one of the three major global supply chains.E Group has about 67 manufacturing base,which located in 27 countries and covered all the important markets.But E company is much later than the same industry competitors of entering the Chinese market.In 2011,E exhaust technology co.,LTD.,was formally established in Shanghai as a wholly owned subsidiary by E.On April 21,2013,the subsidiary in Shanghai as an international auto parts supply chain start to produce exhaust system products.But in the increasing produce process,quality control fail,customer complaints happen from time to time;Localization and at the same time,in order to reduce the purchase cost,most suppliers is through self-assessment in Asia on the supplier selection and development,and the imperfect management is throughout the supply chain system.In particular,mass production has been over the one year,the supply chain quality problem is more and the overall situation is not very ideal.This study is from the present situation of quality problem in E company,by introduction of six sigma quality control method,to solve the E company's unstable process quality and imperfect quality of supply chain management.Firstly,collecting and analysis the main customer requirements of E company,determine the key technical indicators and requirements of customer caring.Secondly,based on E company information system such as SAP,CDB,Intranet's record of customer complaints,supplier complain,and experience sharing data issued by the world's factory,carries on the statistical induction,the combination of using Minitab software,using the pareto chart,histogram,fishbone chart,and scatter diagram and cause and effect diagram method,get the main problems and key factors of E exhaust system company.Use the internal quality performance improvement,customer complaints decline,to verify the effects of six sigma in the company after the implementation,thus E company can obtain valuable assistance in the process of how to realize that quality competitiveness is improved sanely in Chinese automobile exhaust technology in short term;At the same time,giving the key step in the successful implementation of six sigma,the determination of process,tool selection,full participation in architecture and so on,the future new China's foreign investment enterprises on how to improve own quality level in the short term and comprehensive competitiveness would gain practical reference value and the practice of clear path method.
