With the improvement of national economic income level and the continuous improvement of life taste,interior design and decoration industry has become a hot industry in China.At the end of 2018,there were 145000 domestic construction and decoration enterprises and 17 million related participants.The total output value of the industry has reached nearly 4.5 trillion yuan.Due to its good development and relatively large profit space in the future,it has attracted more investors' attention and increased competition pressure in the industry.After more than 30 years of development,the interior design and decoration industry tends to be standardized.In view of this,if you want to be based in such a market,the importance of the research on the marketing strategy of decoration companies is becoming more and more prominent.This paper takes Qidian decoration company in Duyun City of Guizhou Province as the research object,which is a small and medium-sized decoration enterprise.Based on the study of the current situation and development trend of the home decoration industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of the decoration industry,combined with the specific situation of the decoration industry in Duyun City,and explores the development path of small and medium-sized decoration enterprises in Duyun City.First of all,through the collection of relevant information,data induction and comparison,the current situation and marketing strategy of Qidian decoration company are summarized.Secondly,using SWOT analysis,PEST analysis,Porter five force model to analyze the environment of Qidian company.Finally,under the framework of STP marketing strategy theory and 7p theory,the optimization marketing strategy and guarantee measures of Qidian company are put forward.To sum up,this paper focuses on the marketing strategy research of Qidian decoration company,and expects that Qidian decoration company can steadily move forward in the fierce market environment,further develop and expand,and put forward appropriate analysis and suggestions.At the same time,help small and medium-sized decoration enterprises to make some research in the field of decoration industry marketing,help small and medium-sized home decoration enterprises to obtain some competitive advantages in the fierce competition,and make a reasonable marketing strategy to provide reference.
