Different from the previous era of economic development,under the setting of the new technological and economic era,the 21 st century is a contest among talents.No matter when and where the talent war is always going on,talents are the most important resources for a country and enterprise development.Talents are the most straight force for enterprise development and solving problems for small and micro companies.They are the most important channel for small and micro companies to realize their entrepreneurial ideal and entrepreneurial value.The development of small and micro companies is indivisible from the investment and support of talents.Compared with medium and large enterprises,as an important development mainstay of the national economy,small and micro companies are more vulnerable to external factors because of the small size and unique enterprise structure.Small and micro companies develop rapidly.Talents are the key to the development of small and micro companies and the embodiment of the market attractiveness of small and micro companies.Small and micro companies should quickly adapt to the speed of the development of modern society,constantly attract talents and reduce the brain drain rate.For small and micro companies with rare talents,the continuous loss of talents will cause irreparable losses.This thesis takes HD company as the research object,generalize the factors leading to its brain drain,and finds the optimal solution strategy.Putting HD company as an example,this thesis discusses the brain drain problem of HD company in small and micro companies,collects and integrates data through key behavior event interviews and employee surveys,summarize the main factors influencing the brain drain of HD company,and brings forward countermeasures to solve the brain drain problem,including shaping advanced corporate culture;Innovative talent management mechanism;Build a platform for growth and promotion;Optimize salary and welfare and performance appraisal;hoping that this research will solve the brain drain problem of HD company,improve management level of the company in many aspects such as corporate culture,talent training,salary and welfare,flexible selection and retention of talents,and provide some references for other small and micro companies in talent management.
