Y company as the research object,this article selects MCC group against brain drain present situation and the impact of the company,explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of office.This paper firstly sorts out the relevant theories on the study of brain drain in the company,discusses the types of employee drain from the perspective of the concept of brain drain,and then makes an in-depth analysis of the theoretical model of brain drain constructed by foreign scholars in recent years by using the method of literature induction,and analyzes and evaluates the content and theoretical significance of the madge and Simon model,price model and mowbray model from three aspects.Through the data analysis of interviews and questionnaire surveys of existing employees of Y company,the impact of human resource loss of Y company on the company is obtained,that is,the company's operating cost increases,core competitiveness decreases,and work efficiency decreases.On the basis of theoretical research,an extensive and in-depth investigation of the relevant situation of Y company,focusing on the analysis of the current situation of human resources of the company,the introduction of various kinds of brain drain in recent ten years,through the general analysis of the brain drain of the company and specific case system analysis,find the main reasons and direction of the brain drain of Y company,through the induction and analysis of the main factors affecting the brain drain of Y company,including salary and benefits,corporate culture,job satisfaction,etc.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed,namely,to establish an attractive compensation system,create a charming corporate culture,and establish an early warning system for the brain drain of Y company,so as to weaken the adverse impact of external environment on the stability of employees.
