Nowadays with the continuous improvement of living standards and economic development improving constantly,work well-being has gradually become an important consideration for the healthy development of enterprises.At present,the most important and urgent task of enterprises is to study the influencing factors of employees' work well-being in depth and to improve employees' career happiness on this basis.The plastic knitting enterprises in Xiaojiang Town are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises.The mobility of grass-roots employees in enterprises is very large.The reason that there is an inseparable relationship between the happiness of employees and the sense of belonging and loyalty of employees to enterprises.Therefore,based on the perspective of enterprises and employees,we should actively seek ways to improve the happiness of employees and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes small and medium-sized plastic weaving enterprises in town as the research object,carries out a full sample analysis,carries out a survey for grass-roots employees within the enterprise,and obtains 527 survey data,and carries out data analysis through SPSS software: Through T-test,it is found that different educational background,different age and different wage levels have a significant impact on the work well-being of grass-roots staff;Correlation analysis shows that different marital status,working years and compensation and benefits management system,job matching degree and corporate culture construction has a positive impact on employees 'work well-being.The correlation coefficient of family support on work well-being of employees is poor,which shows that the family contradiction of grass-roots staff in the SME of plastic knitting in Xiao Jiang Town is not obvious,while the correlation coefficient of salary and welfare management system on job well-being of employees is the highest.It shows that the economic level of the respondents is not high,so the increase of income can bring about the improvement of happiness.Based on the above conclusions,this paper suggests that SME of plastic weaving in Xiao Jiang Town improve their compensation and benefits management system through dynamic management,performance appraisal,improvement of grass-roots staff training system,construction of a reasonable welfare system,and establishment of effective communication mechanism.By establishing post competency evaluation model,optimizing post settings and creating a good working environment,the degree of job matching can be improved,and enterprises can be strengthened.Cultural construction,and create a good working atmosphere.so that the grass-roots staff from SME of plastic knitting in Xiao Jiang Town work well-being has been effectively promoted.
