G Sewage Treatment Plant Occupational Safety And Health Management System Research

With the rapid development of domestic environmental protection industry,environmental protection disposal projects have been built all over the country.Due to the lack of regulatory constraints on safety and health in the industry,accidents of casualties or health losses occur frequently in the industry.In order to curb the occurrence of safety and health accidents in G sewage treatment plant,we analyze the accidents in the sewage industry over the years.It is found that accidents in the industry are constantly repeated with related accident reasons,so it is decided to establish a set of effective management system to reduce the probability of accidents and the degree of injury.In order to realize the establishment of occupational safety and health management system standards,this study mainly delineates the safety management boundary of sewage treatment plants based on the national safety management standards of industry and trade and the guidelines of international safety standards.Through the research and analysis of the current occupational safety and health management risk analysis tools,and its project characteristic selection and improvement,in order to identify the risk factors of our factory.Through the summary of risk factors,the management and control methods suitable for the project are selected from laws,regulations and standards,and the supporting management methods of pre-prevention,in-process control and post-treatment are formulated in combination with the contents of operation,human resources,strategy and other disciplines.Solve existing problems and promote continuous improvement of the system.At the same time,analyze the cases of internal and external safety accidents that have occurred in the project,and gain relevant experience to manage and control the project.To sum up,active exploration and passive reference are combined to form the occupational safety and health management standard of G sewage treatment plant.The sewage treatment plant belongs to the industrial and trade industry,but its operation and production is similar to that of chemical enterprises;the production risk is higher than that of the industrial and trade industry and lower than that of the chemical industry.According to the risks of the research project,it is effective to use the safety management experience of the chemical industry to establish an occupational safety and health management system in G sewage treatment plant.Only by understanding the specific risks of the project,can we accurately find the way to control.The content of this paper can be applied to the relevant sewage treatment projects,but the risk control methods still need to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the project.
