| With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the rapid development of urban and rural infrastructure,the output value and proportion of domestic construction enterprises in GDP are also increasing.Along with it,the labor intensity of enterprises in the construction industry has also increased to varying degrees,and the occupational health and safety(OHS)problems of employees in the industry have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,from the perspective of safety science and system science,it is necessary to explore the relationship between socio-economic and industrial development and the OHS of industrial enterprises.At the same time,from the perspective of construction safety engineering,strengthening the OHS management of construction enterprise employees and reducing the OHS risk level of construction enterprises are important means to ensure the safety of construction enterprise employees.How to build a scientific and effective OHS management evaluation system to help improve the effectiveness of OHS management has become a difficult problem in the health and safety management of employees in construction enterprises.The dissertation attempts to use systematic thinking to explore the external macro factors affecting industrial OHS and their relationship with the death toll in a specific industry,as well as the impact effect of internal micro factors on OHS,and build an OHS management evaluation system of construction enterprises,which has an important impact on China’s social and economic development,to provide optimization ideas and reference for the solution of OHS management problems in construction enterprises.Using the theories and methods of system dynamics,safety management,and enterprise risk management,based on the field investigation and empirical analysis of China’s construction industry,and taking the construction of OHS management evaluation system as the starting point,the dissertation starts from the vertical and five factors(human factors,material factors,technical factors,environmental factors,and management factors)of three-level management(enterprise-level,project level,and team level),the OHS management evaluation system of construction enterprises is simulated and studied in multiple dimensions to complete the construction of OHS management evaluation model.In the dissertation,the factors affecting OHS management and evaluation of construction enterprises are divided into external factors and internal factors.Among them,the external factors affecting OHS management of construction enterprises are analyzed by the combination of multiple linear regression model based on panel data and system dynamics,and the internal factors affecting OHS management of construction enterprises are analyzed by the combination of structural equation model(SEM)and system dynamics.To explore the relationship between the five factors in the three-level management,the dissertation combines the SEM method and entropy method to find out the influence path and weight between the factors.Then,the main sensitive factors in the five factors of three-level management are verified by system dynamics,and the constructed model and verification results are adjusted and compared.It is found that: firstly,combined with the multiple dimensions matrix management method,the theory of system dynamics can be applied to the OHS management evaluation system of construction enterprises to form a more comprehensive dynamic evaluation system of influencing factors.Secondly,through the management evaluation system,it is convenient for managers to effectively establish milestone plans in the management process,and can reflect the key control points such as main factors and sensitive factors in the management evaluation system in a dynamic,visual and real-time manner,improve the efficiency of the management process,and ensure the operation of the management evaluation system in continuous improvement.In addition,the use of this evaluation system can not only show the hazard sources to be controlled in a visual dynamic graphic curve but also help enterprise managers and workers improve the level of occupational health and safety management.The innovation of the dissertation is mainly reflected in: first,it explores the external macro factors affecting industrial OHS and their relationship with the number of deaths in specific industries,and establishes a system dynamics model of external factors affecting enterprise OHS;Secondly,a matrix OHS management evaluation index system based on three-level management and five factors is constructed,and the simulation research is completed;Thirdly,it expands the application field of system dynamics method to make it suitable for OHS management evaluation of construction enterprises.The dissertation and its application will help to improve the effect of OHS management in construction enterprises,reduce the number of casualties in construction accidents and improve the safety management level of construction enterprises. |
