Detailed study on operation and management of safety system for Changan Ford Company has been made especially on the occupational injury management under this system by adopting the theories and methods of" W.H.Heinrich chain theory of incident"\"Kikakitagawa incident cause and effect chain" and PDCA cycle.Through this kind of study, references have been put forward on how to establish the occupational health and safety management system for Chinese enterprises. The result of study creates incident management database and safety risk assessment database, creates concerned incident manegement procedure.
