According to the statistics of the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2018,the single population in China has reached 240 million, among which 80 million adults are living alone,With the migration of population, the rental ratio of small-sized apartments in first-tier cities is also expanding year by year, and the kitchen has gradually become a trend as a family center,The optimization design of cabinets can improve the contradiction between the current urban social environment and the needs of people. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative user research is carried out on the premise of product service system data,in order to find a breakthrough to solve design optimization,From the perspective of observing the user’s workflow, the user’s pain points and moving lines are summarized, and at the same time, the user’s needs are summarized by means of interviews.Through market industry research,it is found that "L" type kitchen and "I" type kitchen are still the common cabinet arrangement modes in domestic families, and the new integrated stove products provide a possibility for the mid-island type kitchen which can not be popular in China due to the oil fume problem,Considering that the cabinet products are directly related to the information of the real estate and housing industry, the relevant information is summarized by using the literature research method.Combined with the theoretical basis of product service system and the technical basis of integrated stove, the core concept of integrated cabinet based on socialization was innovatively designed, and the service blueprint of small-sized social integrated cabinet industry was constructed to provide market environment support for the scheme design, thus providing better demand experience for users. |
